It’s perfect for busy families but can also be easily adapted for those with a more mature palate. Overall, I would highly recommend this recipe. Perhaps using a preheated pizza stone would help them cook more evenly.Īdditionally, the thin crusts are not able to support too many toppings, so be sure to not overload them! The pesto was a bit too strong for our taste, and the centers of the pizzas were slightly undercooked while the outer crust was crispy. The thin crust makes a healthy option for diabetics or those looking to watch their carbohydrate intake. Our whole family enjoyed this meal, and I didn’t feel guilty about ordering a greasy pizza. I paired the pizzas with a simple bagged salad to add in even more veggies. Using a premade crust made it a perfect weeknight dinner that took only minutes to prepare.
